Night shift work also interesting

The management from every Tier were immensely lame & too serious for how EASY/MUNDANE/SLOW the job is. Everyone was on powertrips even managers a who worked there 2yrs. longer & were 2 yrs. older (not that it mattered if they were there 10yrs. longer & 10yrs. older, no need for Power Trippin' ever.) Basically, everyone was treated like children, non-stop snickering if someone came in 5mins late, 10min breaks HAD to be 10mins. on the dot, supervisors didn't care about ppl listening to music or podcasts, until other ppl who didn't listen cried about it, employees had casual Friday, until not as attractive employees whined again, a bunch of stuff like this, management should have called the baby bs out instead of let the clowns run the circus. Issue is, management was part of the circus because the time off employees earned it was known that of someone used it prior to working there like 2yrs. or if whiners felt like they recently took off then you could get looked at bad or let go, again even with LEGAL EARNED time off & called off by their rules.
