      It really is like a family. Great salaries and benefits. The work is steady. They excell in customer service and professionalism.

      Cons

      Honestly, there really are none; great company! I highly recommend working here to anyone who is looking into getting into the security field.

      I began work here a few months ago and the management and airport was helpful in helping me get all training accomplished and the process moving. The private contractor and airport work together which helps us employees

      In Florida it is hard to find employers that give the benefits and attention to ISSA so at this point no cons

      pay is good, nice people and lots of opportunity

      Cons

      I don't really have any negatives. I only left the co because I had to move to Idaho for my wife's job and they don't have contracts in Idaho.
