-a lot of opportunities and team spirit built with former department head of iteshop -learn a lot of e-commerce marketing and CRM -the team is solid and work very closely to make each campaign reach the business goal

Cons

-No paid leave despite the market is recovering -top management’s poor decision started to reflect after the e-commerce head is gone
