Pros

- colleagues are usually very helpful - different projects and possibility to try new technologies - location inside upc campus - policy of no extra hours - attempts for making the company more international

Cons

- really bad management - salaries just average and hard to increase - projects with no plan - no social benefits apart from ticket restaurant - teams with no district roles on the company - many important people are leaving the company for better offers

Pros

1. Humanely warm. People working there are awesome. 2. Very nice environment (office premises, well connected, new facility) 3. Work on cutting-edge technologies, of course, it depends on the working area, but still a research center 4. Work with EU project 5. Many employees are between 30 and 40 years old, this generates a very friendly working environment

Cons

1. The salary is below the average 2. There are not many chances of moving up from your position 3. Flat organogram, that's good for internal communication but also bad for self improvement 4. There are not a lot of investment in employees training etc 5. The management is a bit far from the "working class" 6. Sometimes there is a lack of scope that demotivates the workers 7. The high turnovers generates high workload and force to often rearrange the tasks
