Pros

Being part of IA Financial Group, there are great benefits: insurance, stock purchasing options, RRSP contribution, brand new offices that are easy to get to by public transportation. At IA Clarington, managers support their employees and there's a culture of collaboration. People are also very friendly. Great line-up of funds as well.
