      People can be nice and helpful

      Cons

      Incorrect training, misleading, inflexible, not worth they pay for going home every day knowing something is going to go catastrophically wrong every day. Upper management could care less. Very stifling, cliquey, and don't know how to deal with... Anything not in their training.

      Pace makes you feel guilty taking a break or lunch. Co-workers don't accept new people easily.
