Pros
Working in IB Monotaro gives me chance to add new skills and managers are very supportive when it comes to explore new ideas to ease the work.
Cons
Only downside is its working hours which is 09:30 hours a days and this is very hectic. Organization has said that they'll review and give a solution of this.
