1)MAINTENANCE IS TERRIBLE , I feared for my life every day I had to fly their planes
2)Horrible work conditions
3)No one cares for the pilots
4)The current chief pilot is against you
5)Management pressure to fly planes (not in good condition) and if you deny you will get punished.
6)Have to mention it again, CHIEF PILOT IS TERRIBLE. Bad management, bad attitude and intentions , 0% efficient
7) Seniority doesn’t exist, the more you get paid, the kore you have to work ( according to CP)
