      Pros

      Partners are very personable, flexible, fair and look out for employees best interests. The company has a very diverse project capability and have strong engineering teams.

      Cons

      I think that it is a positive that the partners themselves will take on project engineering and this can keep them fresh and up on new technology but, sometimes this can offset the balance between project engineering involvement and focusing on company management. This is not specific only to IBC.

      IBC offers a great work-life balance and creates an environment that is conducive to creativity, innovation, and integration. The benefits are what sets this place apart and the culture is really great.
