Pros
Able to learn many things on Islamic Banking, Takaful, Islamic Capital Market and Islamic Wealth Management. IBFIM have their own certification program and dedicated library for above-mentioned sectors.
Cons
Company is good, but it could be great. Developed certification program does not really cater to the need of the professionals in the respective sectors.
