Pros

The company has evolved from publishing to an integrated communication hub, so the pace of growth is exciting yet heady and fast.

Cons

Pros and cons I feel. Lots of opportunities to learn and adapt, but it can be quite hectic too at the same time. The seniors are helpful.

Pros

I was employed at IBR for 3 years from 2015 to 2018, before leaving to pursue my further studies. During my time there, I had the opportunity to learn a lot about the publishing industry. Not only was I able to develop as a writer, I was also able to learn skills such as branding, communications, PR and marketing.

Cons

The only cons in life are not external but one's refusal to adapt with the situation. But in all seriousness, nothing much except maybe the location of the office which was quite inaccessible via public transport. But I believe they've moved to a new and more conveniently located office.
