Comfortable and Encouraging Work Ambience

Pros

The office interiors are awesome. From cool designed walls, conference rooms, comfy work desks to the cafeteria - each and every element in the office encourage employees to think more creatively or playfully. In all, the environment makes you feel warm and inviting.

Cons

The appraisal system is complex and confusing and there are a few processes that need to be streamlined. Your performance will help you grow and not your seniority, I am not sure if this a con though.

- The company is run by Family with Management having little care about their Employees - There is NO CULTURE - Management and HR treat their employees with such a low that encourages people to leave the company - Learning is none - The work is trivial and has No exposure. Advice to People who are thinking to Joining - Don't ! There is no job certainty and the management treats you like a dog! They use abusive languages during Team meetings, Ask you to work on cheap trivial things even if you are at the Director level

Bad. Bad. Can get worse. Do not even try. Not worth anyone's time or mental peace. C-level Management sucks!!
