      The work culture is great. Everyone is friendly and supportive. The management is also welcoming to new ideas.

      Cons

      Benifits are not that good. No RRSP offerings. Internal promotion opportunities are very limited.

      1. The company always has an innovative approach to everything 2. Automation is highly promoted wherever possible 3. Management makes sure that you are heard 4. This is materialistic but great. Regular free team lunches are held 5. Great pay and benefits
