Poor Communication with different parts

Lack of management direction, leaves employees wondering about their daily tasks. Directions change on a dime (ie. minute to minute). When their is no work at all (sometimes) the company shuts down. Managers are loud argumentative and stubborn, who are overzealous, rigid, and who excessively moralize. All obstacles to any effort to find effective solutions. Employees speak marginal english and seldom are willing to ask clarifying questions. Training? Forget about it. A solid disaster. The work enviroment scenario is the "emperor has no clothes". You go home, and do it all over again the next day. Oh! yea... the company was for For Sale last year, no serious buyers.
