Pros
Salman, the HR, was a gem, always had an open door policy, always responded on WhatsApp; Always provided documentation when required such as pay slips, permission letters to open bank accounts and rent apartments etc.; Easygoing with exit re-entry visas; Paid on time; Received bonuses.
Cons
When I first joined them in 2018, there were delays in the salaries for the first couple of months. In the final year of their contract with the university, they didn't pay the teachers for the last 3 months if I remember correctly. Teachers complained and raised cases to the Ministry. All was resolved in the end though.
