      I really can't think of any - maybe some of the people not in management?

      Cons

      Ask tons of questions during your 5-6 interviews that you will have with this company. Chances are the answer will be different across the board because no one can ever agree on processes or policies. Also, this company is stuck in 1999 as far as technology.

      You get to work with a team that really is a team. Management is always there to listen and want the best for you. If you really show you can do more, they will allow you to move up in the company, really looking for the best place for you.
