      Hours are aggreeable: dayshift only, usually full weekends off, rarely extensive overtime (60+). Attendance expectations are moderately strict, with a decent amount of adjustment allowed for sick days and child-care issues. Workload for standard floor employees is balanced, excluding complications regarding personnel shortages.

      Cons

      Pay is undoubtably sub-par when compared to similar employment opportunities in the area and is barely out-weighed by any perceived perks of employment.
