Owners take advantage of staff, they don't pay their managers properly and instead supplement their income by taking servers' tips
Owners come down really hard on management for labour costs, etc but will come in with their friends and take up a large table for hours and comp $100s of dollars worth of stuff. Not to mention there are a ton of different investors so when they all do this it equals a lot of free food/drinks, and also demands a lot of focus from the staff when they should be spending time looking after the actual paying guests
Not to mention, they ask staff to bend the rules all the time for their friends.
Also felt they didn't really take Covid rules seriously and I felt generally unsafe going to work there during the pandemic.
Charles is straight-up awful, just drops in every once in awhile and yells at people over the most ridiculous stuff, goes to the media and complains all the time about money while driving around a Mercedes G-Wagon, just an all-around awful person
I almost forgot to mention all the sexual harassment claims that they brush off, and just move people around to different restaurants instead of letting them go
