Individual nurseries are “meant” to be in unique

The wrong people are at the top! The Area managers are the worst ever seen in my history working in childcare for 22 years including working with larger groups which are a lot more structured. Corruption is very noticeable when they blame managers for everything behind their backs. The investors need to know how horrid those running this company is where area managers only do to please those at the top by covering up everything that managers report (safeguarding) because they need to feedback to the “money makers” offering no support. The conditions that teams have to work under is unacceptable including the bully culture and having no care for staff wellbeing. All they care about is ticking boxes and occupancy. With everyone now leaving there is zero confidence in this company which is why I had to leave! Plus their buildings are falling apart.
