Pros

Decent work schedule. Great employees.

Cons

No communication. Micromanagement galore. Lays off massive amounts of people several times a year.

Pros

There are some amazing employee's who work very hard and treat you like family. The people there do not deserve to be stuck there.

Cons

They keep everyone in fear for their jobs. The owner tells people they are replaceable. They move people constantly to the point where you are not sure what you will be doing day to day. They change supervisors and management around constantly. Management is a joke and doesn't have a clue how to do the jobs they are directing people to do. They let the good management go and keep the people who should be let go. The mood at that place is miserable. Many people would love nothing more than to leave and cannot because they have everyone sign a non compete.

First, I would like to express my sincerest apologies you feel this way. The tenor of your comments comes across as if you have been a dedicated employee and truly believe you have been wronged. While I respect your right to air your views through a public forum, if your intention is to correct the behavior, I would like to recommend an alternative approach. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss the issues you pointed out. I’m not sure which facility was the basis for your complaints, but as I am sure you know I spend most of my time at our Lorna facility. If you wish to conceal your identity, you can contact me by a different email. I am open to suggestions. We agree on our employees. We have great dedicated people and ICR is fortunate to have them work with us. Your view of some of our company policies is very wrong, but coming from your point of view I can understand how you feel this way. For example, when employees leave ICR, we have a long standing policy to not discuss the reasons. We have taken many blackeyes due to incorrect assumptions. However, we’ve stuck with our policy as we believe it is unethical to air dirty laundry to “protect” ourself at the expense of sometimes individual embarrassment. I know it’s asking a lot for you to reach out. However, given an opportunity to better understand your anger and frustration, I think we could solve problems. Regards, -Paul G.

Pros

Really nice staff. Everyone is very professional and person oriented. No heavy stress, everyone is understanding. Pay rate is good, lots of room to grow and improve as an employee.

Cons

The coffee is slightly lackluster. There seems to be a lot of different departments trying to run the company in different directions (a complaint I hear), but it doesn't affect me.
