      Good for experience, nothing good other than.

      Cons

      No training, no benefits, no salary increase, not a career job, not structed, not friendly environment, no genuine people, no compensation for weekend work, terrible shift, and not enough people to do the job.

      I can't with honesty say anything positive about ICT

      Low paygrade that can never be negotiated. What you start on you will stay on until you leave Huge turnover of staff - Conveyor Belt City! Customer Service Management knows nothing about I.T. No training or progression of any kind No benefits with regard health insurance, pension or bonuses They don't care about their workforce as they are expendable to them Avoid this company completely they are they low end of I.T. there are better positions and jobs out there, you've been warned

      Not a nice place to work

      Going to other companies sites facilitated making new contacts to help get out of ICT Services.

      Cons

      Every day was a battle, no team spirit, no togetherness. A big brother approach to everything. Add in no bonus, salary increases or perks and no respect from management and you’re starting to get an idea of the place.
