CEO used the n-word more than once when I was there. If that isn't enough to make you run, you deserve each other.

Pros
I learned how NOT to behave as a leader. Doing the opposite of his example has served me well in my career.
Cons
Lack of leadership. Frequently lied to potential customers about what the product could do and expected employees to follow along. Pay was terrible. Stole design ideas from others and claimed them S his own. Got upset when you left after your 8 hours, even though he wouldn't pay overtime. CEO constantly talked about how brilliant he was and often compared himself to Einstein. Seriously.

Hospital bed looks nice and scary in the office
Cons
Doesn't have a clue about software development, just yells and screams at employees. "CEO" AS IN THE ONLY Employee of his company. Lies about the company and says it's the best ever. Doesn't have clue what his company about.
