Pros

Colleagues help each other out on each and every occasion. Everyone is extremly overloaded with work, and the pressure is super high - there is no other way to survive this place.

Cons

icunet - this place is full of uncertainties. How long will the company still survive ? Months before the pandemic hit, the numbers presented at quarterly meetings made everyone extremly uncomfortable. Those who had a chance, certainly have left already. And here comes one of the 2 major problems. 1) the turnover of staff is horrible, already was before COVID times. No way will this company ever be productive, if people decide to look for a new job, a couple of months after they have started there. 2) the key issue lies in 1 person, dominating this small organisation, while appearing totally unsecure, fragile and helpless. The current senior management team apparently follows all announcements - and that does not improve the situation at all. In essence, very few people stay there more than 1-2 years - why should you agree to work like crazy to get your work done, without any recognition, and on top accept a miserable income -considering the stress involved- ?? No need - there are other great places to work outside of this "orange club" - that I super happily found.
