      Pros

      Good for first experience, very good atmospere, interesting and diversified activities. Team work, directly involved in activities

      Cons

      Head manager not willing to delegate. Leads to double directives from two different people which are contradictry 99% of the time, provoking unnecessary stress. Poor management

      If somebody has no job experience, I guess it look good on CV to have some

      Unrealistic expectation, very simple and yet unclearly described tasks, a lot of frustration, absolutely no chance for self- development, you would be a secretary here.

      Pros

      Great to learn how a small company works. You will do a lot of different things, no time to get bored! Management appreciates and rewards your hard work. Great connections and learning opportunities. Friendly employees and management.

      Cons

      Can be a lot of hard work and sometimes late hours. Can be quite stressful and demanding. All the company speaks fluent english but living in Sweden without knowing Swedish can be tough when communicating by phone.
