      Pros

      The time off and holidays are excellent.

      Cons

      Micro Management is the culture. 50-70% turnover annually for a reason. Do not work here under any circumstances. Fake reviews posted years ago are the only reason this isn't a sub 2 rating.

      Good vacation day and all holidays off.

      Cons

      Culture is non-existent, no room to grow within the company. Pay and bonuses are below average compared to other banks. Can never bring up anything negative with management, will always be put down. On boarding/training for a role is a joke. Company technology is very out dated.

      Pay is good. Benefits good. Time off very good.

      Cons

      MicroManagement alert! Toxic environment due to micro management and “too personal”. They want to know where you are and what you are doing all the time! CEO says they care about employees, but they actually don’t! Upper management do not care at all! Long hours and they do not appreciate that !
