Pros

Employees that you work side by side with are great people.

Cons

Culture is very toxic. High turnover with management bragging about firing. A bit of a cult like mantra repeated by the VP’s on how things are so great and can only get better. Numbers and sales continue to decline not because of the sales team, not because of the market, but because of the toxic culture.

Pros

Coworkers are great, make up for the incredibly awful management.

Cons

Management lacks ability to manage and motivate staff, revolving door, people are hired and fired regularly, management has no respect or value for employees. Management not willing to jump in and help out when needed. Lots of finger pointing and threats.

Company is growing

Pros

The company is growing rapidly, and now has branches in surrounding states. You are always busy with work to do.

Cons

Most departments are not properly staffed for company expansion. Everyone seems overworked, creating a negative work environment. Management rarely follows through on actions, and raises are seldom. Employee retention is quite low.
