Let me start from the day i came to IDE:- I came to give an interview and saw a group of young professionals talking over the phone like CEO's and Managing Director. This was the first sight and it caught my attention. I got selected and joined as a junior sales executive and now in less then 3 years i am handling my own team. Just like most of other young professional aspiring for a good work life and salary i also took the risk of joining a startup. I must say what a journey it has been. I am living my dream life with the kind of support that i got from the management. IDE CONSULTING+ HARD WORK= SUCCESS+ LOTS OF MONEY+ LOTS OF TRAVEL+ A HEALTHY WORK LIFE+ AN AMAZING GROWTH. IF you work towards your goal no one can stop you but yourself. People crib about various thing but they actually fail to evaluate their self. No one is perfect, people who are happy here and are making money and a life for them self are not getting it for free. Personally i have seen growth, hard work never fails and and in IDE hard work is always rewarded.

Cons

People who are not successful will criticize. If you are not successful and others are question yourself.

To start with - Its like a family business, everyone is somehow related / (dating) & only own people get preference, growth. Open partiality, positions given based on tenure & personal connections. People not part of management interfere in your personal & professional life , throw weight openly about which the management is very much aware of. One female makes everyone's life hell there but always entertained! But obvious Reasons!!! Backing it up with sales / existing clients. Even if you ignore the politics & want to only focus in your work , you see no money. They will promise you "CRAZY MONEY " but you will go CRAZY to get that money out of them. You need to chase them after event for YOUR money. Balancing professional & personal life is a big challenge.
