      -Values work-life balance of all employees by allowing them to pursue further studies and conduct social gatherings in the office -Competent individuals who know how to adjust based on the needs of staff and stakeholders -Minimal office politics -Most employees are women and LGBTQ

      -Internal processes can be improved -Only minimal as long as you're flexible, competent, and not entitled :)
