Pros

Really strong people and a great team. Friendly, professional and ambitious. Strong ambition to build a thriving culture, with clear direction and support from the leadership team and the CEO, Lewis. Lots of progress has been made but there's always more that can be done.

Cons

Agency life always comes with pressure but management are trying to manage that much better than most agencies.

Pros

Good exposure to a variety of clients and projects Theres talented people across the business who are supportive and committed despite the challenges

Cons

Morale has declined significantly Theres a heavy focus on monitoring staff with a lack of trust in employees to manage their own workload and time The culture is reactive with pressure often passed downwards and individuals held responsible for wider challenges Workloads are higher than in other agencies Theres a disconnect between senior leadership and realities faced by employees which has contributed to increased staff turnover

We know agency environments can be demanding, but that shouldn’t come at the expense of trust or good leadership. We're sorry to hear that this has been your experience. As the business has evolved there’s been a focus on improving communication and making sure the right support is in place. The appointment of a new CEO a year ago has brought renewed focus on colleague experience, and we continue to monitor employee feedback through anonymous surveys, company updates, and regular manager check-ins to understand where progress is being felt and where more attention may be needed. We know consistency matters and we take your perspective into account. Thank you for sharing.

Sorry to hear this was your experience. It’s good to hear the people around you and parts of the package worked well for you, but we hear your comments on workloads and progression. Those are areas we want employees to feel supported in. To clarify your comment about us reverting WFH, our approach to flexible working hasn’t changed and our CEO recently confirmed in a company update that our current two-day office approach will remain in place. We know how important a healthy work/life balance is for employees. In the same update, we also announced the recent launch of a pilot programme to explore greater flexibility in parts of the business based on colleague feedback. There’s always room for improvement, but maintaining flexibility and continuing to enhance the employee experience remain important priorities for us. We wish you all the best in your future.
