Pros

Really strong people and a great team. Friendly, professional and ambitious. Strong ambition to build a thriving culture, with clear direction and support from the leadership team and the CEO, Lewis. Lots of progress has been made but there's always more that can be done.

Cons

Agency life always comes with pressure but management are trying to manage that much better than most agencies.

I have loved working at IDHL over the past 5 years! The projects vary and give exposure to different industries and technical/ creative solutions. The business structure provides opportunity to lean on and learn from specialists outside of your day to day focus. I worked with a brilliant set of people including 2 excellent managers throughout my time at IDHL. Everyone genuinely cares about what they are doing and the culture is collaborative, inclusive and nurturing. There is a lot of focus on progression and opportunities are created to support individuals in this.
