      Good pay, good benefits. The best for an RN in this rural area.

      Cons

      They own you! Not enough staff and mandates to fill shifts are brutal. I make double what I listed as my base pay. However, I would prefer to make base pay and see my family.

      Project staff are committed to making a difference and genuinely care about public service

      Cons

      Senior Management cares more about paperwork and arbitrary processes than outcomes. Ever increasing workloads without increased support or recognition to even acknowledge employee achievements. Managers do not have content expertise. The workplace culture is punative and fluctuates depending on political appointees. Once upon a time it was great.
