Pros

-Everyone is super knowledgeable and some are surprisingly open to answering questions. -There are a few people who are absolutely wonderful to work with and interact with. -Many offices to work out of.

Cons

- Unable to adapt to the future. - Unable to communicate. - Don't understand work life balance. - Don't care about employees, and if you decide to go out of your way to help the company they won't care or provide any incentive for you to continue to do so. - Negative environment due to managing principles. - Expectation is they tell you what to d, and employees must obey. They are open to questioning and suggestions at times but at the end of the day when they tell you to jump they want you to ask how high. - Dated policy is what they stick to. Use it as an excuse to be abusive. - It is an understatement to say that the Covid protocols were horrible. Principles fought to keep employees in the office. - Can not keep younger/newer employees. - Put plainly they could care less about your needs/wants/or cares.

Dictatorship not leadership. Manage by crisis of the day.

Pros

Very experienced staff and leadership. Higher than average pay because owners operate a hire-and-fire business model.

Cons

Business owners are doctorate licensed structural engineers but do not understand business economics. Also severely lack people skills. No forward planning. Little to no internal resources to manage projects and allow smooth reliable schedule. Leadership board is not influential. Decisions are made unilaterally only by business owners.

Pros

- everyone is very knowledgeable -very diverse - all in one disciplines

Cons

- bad response during covid, refuses to allow people to work from home. 90% of work can be done remotely -no direct deposit, during crisis checks do not arrive on pay day. They arrive following Tuesday - random switching of people from projects during deadlines to other projects - many people let go - work life balance/ they don't directly tell you but expect you to work over 40 and not be compensated.
