1. New Department, so opportunity to work on different types of projects 2. The company has a good Infrastructure. 3. The location is Mohali, Close to Chandigarh.

Cons

1. The iteration rate in the company is huge. 2. The company doesn't bother to retain talent. There aim is to pay low. 4.There is only one manager….who has a very bad attitude and behaves rudely. He treats females employees harshly. The manager if he say something on one day…he changes his statement the next day..
