The company culture is very positive. C-level Management are very friendly and approachable. Everyone is friendly and collaborative. I really appreciate the flexibility and good work-life balance at IDS. The company has good benefits, and they add different new benefits for employees frequently. Examples are great insurance, long term disability, FSA, GYM membership contribution, free lunch program, different annual events and recognitions, various snack and variety of coffee choices in the office. IDS offers growth opportunities with continuing education program and always have personal growth opportunities for hard workers. All employees are friendly and helpful.
