      IDV has great products and technology and cares very much about its customers. Solid management team that cares about its employees.

      Needs more resources in order to scale.

      Had lots of early promise. Stalled. Ok option for those new to workforce.

      Interesting work, solving a wide range of data visualization problems, initially. Great potential for starting a career. Generous free lunches. Wonderful work/life balance.

      Cons

      Lost vision, detached/dis-invested ownership. Almost no advancement/development plan. No interest (sometimes hostility) regarding employee development.
