      Pros

      - Amazing opportunity to meet some talented artists and writers. - A lot of opportunity to work on big important projects.

      Cons

      - Super cliquey, with many in senior management incapable of managing. - VERY difficult to avoid being harassed if you are a woman, especially at conventions. - Salaries are a joke. “Competitive for comics” is code for “This is barely survivable,” San Diego cost of living is the highest in the nation. - Future of industry is murky at best.
