While culture is touted at this company, please be aware that you will have to be a white male to fit in this very developer "bro culture". Zero women in high ranking leadership. You will see women in clerical roles or HR, but other than that expect homogeny. The CEOs micromanage employees and management in general is not very experienced. A lot of gas lighting. This place is not all bad: you just need to fit in with the white bro dudes who are leading it in order to see advancement. They do big lunches, but it's more so for show. Eat your lunch and get back to work type experience.

Good first job out of college. Not a career builder - great for those people who are complacent in a job.

Cons

Just to emphasize my opinion, most of the comments left on this site were completed by management -- if you don't believe me, read them and you will notice the consistency in voice and tone. -Micromanagement - Gas-light people - Management takes no responsibility for poor ideas. - Management are the 'Heros' of the company, they believe all their ideas are gold. - Under pay good talent, willing to let them leave in order maintain their status quo work day.

- complete lack of diversity - catty male upper management - no career growth - zero women in leadership in the executive suite
