      Pros

      The role gave me the opportunity to lead projects, work closely with developers and QA teams, and contribute to product improvements. The team was supportive, and there was a good level of ownership and responsibility. It was a great place to learn, grow, and gain valuable experience in both technical and leadership aspects.

      - Flat hierarchy with very limited career progression opportunities. - Lack of designation changes or promotions even after years of service. - Company is slow in adopting the latest technologies, which affects long-term career growth. - Design team feels underutilized and not aligned with actual company needs. - Especially in mobile designs, the design team should be more specific, practical, and open to accepting inputs from developers for better usability and efficiency.
