Cons
Micromanaged by unqualified personnel, directors seldom available to address concerns, bonus structure too difficult to access, low starting pay despite previous experience or education, clients are not zoned nor assigned properly to supervising staff (often leading to too many cases being assigned/language barriers/not being able to visit staff weekly), punishment procedures or threats of punishment used if client hours are not maximized, little to no support from management staff, report writing takes majority of time due to use of outdated methods, poor communication between administrative and clinical sides of team.
