      Weak management and no leadership in the US operations, which operates in Taiwanese style.

      Pros

      Back office support personnel are helpful and professional.

      Cons

      Lacking language skills, the US management shuns all occasions requiring English language and provides no leadership or company direction. Yet, it still expects business to run perfectly. Consequently, things do not happen as they should be. There is always finger pointing in the most unimaginable way and employees were let go without full explanation.
