Pros
IEM has an abundance of really fun and interesting projects. If you’re interested in challenging engineering problems, this a great place to be.
Cons
The amount of projects at this company is a double edged sword. There are typically more projects being worked on than the number of resources at the company can manage. This leads to more firefighting than most engineers typically enjoy.

Pros
Interesting and varied work. Flexible hours. For the most part, good rapport between employees.
Cons
Total lack of planning makes everything a rush job. This usually leads to poor decisions and questionable design choices. Pretty much a total lack of management. If not for qualified and conscientious employees, almost nothing would get done.
