Management is very disrespectful, very obvious they take the profits to their pockets and say "non profit". Employees treated the worst. Bonuses were taken away from employees. 30 cent raise over couple years. And no one says anything. Employees over work and get so stressed. No one is happy at the office. Employees are all afraid of management. They eat their lunches at their desk mostly to complete their tasks. They don't talk to each other and have no time and work overtime. Management don't even show up at the office maybe once or twice a week and you can only hear their voice from distance. You will never see them in your office or checking on employees. Management make you feel like they pay your wages from their pockets. Flow of money is in millions at this company and the office looks and smells so bad. Employees are over worked and underpaid. Do not waste your time here.
