      The most stressful job I have ever had.

      Pay is descent for the area

      Cons

      Unprofessional, and disorganized. 5 owners running the company and all have their own agenda. Cameras all over watching you. You are pretty much on your own without guidance. Very stressful. Salaried workers expected to work 50 hours. Owners talk about and complain about employees openly in front of other employees.

      Pros

      Some good people that care including management, reasonable pay for the area, bonuses depending on year, etc.

      Cons

      Toxic environment, disorganized, no professional development, 10-year future uncertain, talking frowned upon unless you are complaining about coworkers, projects, or customers.

      Constant worload on tight schedules, but the owners infight, are unprofessional (swearing) & seem to hate what they do.

      Pros

      Constant work, if that's all you want to do. Its ALL about the work, they are a job-shop. Pay is reasonable. Environment is quiet.

      Cons

      NO professional development, there is a 'break' buzzer, even for the salaried individuals, half the owners are amazingly unprofessional (they swear at you when they get mad). There are individuals that are 'untouchable' favorites. Talking during work , unless its about work, is looked down upon. There were cameras watching you. Expectation is 50+ hours (no overtime or comp time) People are afraid to speak-up because of the rule by fear mentality.
