Initial job offer letter, salary, move allowance, temporary housing.

Cons

Toxic management style is encouraged by Plant Manager/Director. Plant Manager has no idea of what he is doing. Do not go near this place unless you are a brow-beater style manager. Work culture is unsustainable even if they hire you in the first place. They hire and fire routinely and without cause.

Good company, great employees, very poor senior management

Pros

The excellent benefits and employees who work at IFA make it easy to report to work daily. Unfortunately, members of the senior management team make it incredibly difficult to do your job to the best of your ability. They prefer to point fingers, yell, demean you and make you feel as if you are an idiot.

Cons

Members of the executive management team micromanage and are incredibly toxic.

They communicated clearly the work schedule when it differed from your typical M-F.

Cons

It often differed and was difficult to maintain a full week of pay without having to use PTO. Therefore using it up and not being able to use it for what you want.
