      Pros

      Founder and staff were very passionate about their work. They went beyond expectations to care for staff. I stayed for 2 years and left in 2020 during covid. The last intern left in Fall 2019. IFGfit did not exist in 2020. There was a 2022 review which needs serious investigation for its authencity.

      A start up company. Poor middle management supervision.

      Pros

      WeWork office perks like coffee, tea, waters.

      Cons

      Everything. Management is horrendous. CEO can't make a decision and would berate his son, the VP, and daughter in front of everyone. Yells at everyone. He would name drop his patients. One famous actor's medical report was faxed to the office for everyone to see. Clear HIPPA violation. Demanded sales that weren't realistic. Pay was super low. He would submit medical papers and research but it was all done by his family members, not legit members of the medical field. CEO would also talk bad about his staff behind their backs to other staff members. I honestly don't see this company lasting much longer as many other brands offer posture support bras at a fraction of the cost.

      - Smart, caring team of people - Incredible product with lots of potential - Mission-driven

      Cons

      - Standard start-up stuff. This isn't a 9-6 job if that's what you're looking for
