If you can not get job any where else IFHE is the best place Will get salary on dot with out any delay
Cons
Lot are there, may be will be out of space... but few are Average age of management is 70 years, where as in the competitors it is between 35 and 40 Very poor salary increments no satisfaction at work place Only who are close to bosses will get good hikes and hard workers and sincere people will be shown the door No timely decisions and all the processes are delayed and will take lot of time to take a decision or to implement a decision Non academicians are the bosses and this is making hurdles in the growth for the academics and providing facilities to the academicians Very bad HR policies
