      No room to grow and they find loop holes to treat the employees with the bare minimum.

      I Love My Job!

      Pros

      This company is very supportive of your career path. You have endless opportunities to move forward and grow within the company. I have learned a great deal from free online classes and in person networking. We treat each other like one big family. The owners keep a good relationship with each employee. Plenty of vacation time. 401k and health insurance is good.

      Pros

      The owners are hands on and always put their profits back into the community. I feel like I have grown up with Mr. Jon Hicks and Mr. Michael Sakich a wonderful addition in 2005. So many genuine, caring employees make this a great place to work.

      Cons

      The benefit package is average, however, that is not what's important to me personally.
