Absolutely no PROS. Don't waste your time.

Cons

The office manager and accounting team are inexperienced and classless. They have their own little cult and only hire their friends. The real corporate office is in Spain and they have no idea nor do they care about the way the office is run. Accounting is inaccurate and manipulated. If they do not like you they use intimidation tactics, catty gossip and condescending behavior to make you want to quit. This has been by far the worse experience in my professional career.

Cons

Lies Lies and more Lies. The management does not care about anything but sales. You could be promised growth but do not trust that you will get it. You are expected to work a lot for very little salary.
