      Pros

      Everyone is super nice. Communication through email/slack is very quick. I never found myself waiting too long for a response. Overall I had a pretty good expereince. No real complaints

      Cons

      The only con i have is that it can be annoying to have to log hours into the portal for the work day, but if I forget to log them there is always someone nice enough to remind me to do so.

      People are friendly, they care about how you're doing and check in on you. Brittany and Cammie especially are super helpful.

      2020, what a ride right? IGNW hasn't been a concern amidst a great number of complications that transpired this year which I hope is coming off as a compliment. I am grateful and hope everyone can be so fortunate. Those I have worked with 1:1 at IGNW have been nothing but supportive over my 1+ year assignment.
