Poor management, poor pay, and no chance to move forward

Pros

There are lots of hours, plenty of overtime and you can become a manager with no training at all. There are some very good employees that work for the company.

Cons

no benefits, schedule changes with no notification, no extra money for learning other jobs. People are fired on a regular basis if management doesn't like them. I was there for eight months and saw more than ten people get fired for reasons that had nothing to do with the job.

Yes I've been there for over a yr. now and must say I'm one of just few (2) that actually goes in there and takes pride in my work and gives it 100% plus each day. Last month I had to go to ER and was on crunches , well when I go back to work week later I still couldn't wear shoe but forced it and next day after being there for 2hrs I had leave, well my boss text me said only way i can come back is to find health insurance, find a Specialist and get FMLA papers filled out all in 15 days...My point is how the hell am I supposed to do this with corn 9 virus going on and United States on lock down and quarantined and all business closed around the U.S. so I lost my job this week , Lawyer sounds really good at this time doesn't it....any thoughts on how I should handle this?
